It is easy to be discouraged. The voice in your head whispers that the door is closed, the season is over, the promise is delayed. But God is not surprised by what looks like a setback. He has already gone before you. Lift up your eyes — the One you serve is the same God who parted the sea, opened the womb, and kept the fire from burning what He set apart. Take heart. He is already at work, and what He has begun in you, He will complete.
